Passionate about emergency medicine, Dr. Fabiano has worked and trained at some of the top institutions in the country.Whether honing his skills at more than 20+ emergency departments and urgent care centers over the past 5 years, working as a helicopter flight physician, or caring for patients via telemedicine, Dr. Fabiano is comfortable with the full spectrum of emergency care.From his home base in Philadelphia, Dr. Fabiano is open to opportunities across the country, from rural critical access medicine to busy community shops, large academic centers, and anything in between.

One of the few Telehealth Fellowship Trained physicians in the country, Dr. Fabiano has developed deep domain expertise in telehealth program operations and leadership.He led various projects and program implementations during his year-long fellowship at Jefferson Health (Philadelphia, PA), the leading academic health center for virtual and connected care.
